用扫描电镜观察了ABS丁酮溶液灌注的岩鸽肺微血管铸型标本:岩鸽肺毛细血管丰富,它们垂直围绕在各微气管外,并相互吻合成密集的立体微血管网.毛细血管管径4~6μm,微气管直径11~50μm.继而对岩鸽肺微血管构筑情况与呼吸效率的关系作了探讨
Abstract:The microvasculature of columba rupestris lung injected with solution of ABS in methyl ethyl ketone were studied under scanning electron microscople. Columba rupestris is rich in the pulmonary capillary.They vertically rank around the tracheal capillary and anastomosed mutually to form a sterescopic microvascular network.The diameter of the capillary is 4~6μm.That of the tracheal capillary is 11~50μm.In addition,the relationship between the microvasculature of columba rupestris lung and respiratory rate were also discussed.
